Individuals who reside for 5 years in EU member countries such as Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia are granted the right to permanent residence. Time spent in the country during education is counted as half. After completing education, an additional 1-year residence and work permit is granted. If permanent employment is found, this period may be extended.
