What is the language of instruction?
All degrees (bachelor, master, PhD) are taught in English. In the School of Health Sciences (Nursing & Midwifery), courses can also be offered in Macedonian.

Who can apply for Double-Degree programs?
Students with a GPA of 8.5/10 or higher can apply free of charge. Double-Degree is not available in Dentistry, Computer Engineering, Law, Architecture and Health Sciences.

Is class attendance mandatory?
Yes, a minimum of 70 % attendance is required in all departments.

Who may sit the resit (make-up) exam?
Students who fail or miss mid-term and final exams may take the resit, provided they meet attendance requirements.

What is the maximum course load per semester?
Students normally register for at least 30 ECTS per semester (max 60 ECTS per year) and may take up to 45 ECTS in one term. Failed or missing courses from previous semesters must be retaken first.
